Auctioneer’s Note: DDSC (Diversified Distribution Service Center) has been a fixture of the West Burlington business community for more than 30 years, providing warehousing, distribution, and logistics services to regional and international customers. As the owners enter retirement and conclude business operations, Fraise Auction & Real Estate has been commissioned to liquidate the company’s remaining equipment, inventory, and business assets.
