With the sale of their farm and their move to town, they will be selling all of their concrete equipment along with select personal property from their acreage. Pickup/Removal of Items: Pickup will be held Tuesday, December 30th from 8am–2pm. All tools, shop equipment, smalls, and any items located indoors must be picked up during this designated pickup window. No exceptions. Buyers of large equipment and trailers will have up to 3 days for removal. A loader tractor will be available on December 30th during the scheduled pickup. Any items not picked up on December 30th are strictly at the risk of the buyer. An 18% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. Everything sells As Is, Where Is, without warranty. All items sell Absolute, regardless of price!
